REFUND POLICY
30-Day Fit Guarantee
We stand behind every pair. If the fit isn't right, we'll make it right.
How It Works
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Try on one pair — if it's not for you, return your full order for a refund. For multi-packs, only open one pair. Keep the rest of the order unopened and return everything together.
To be eligible for a return:
- Single pairs must be unworn and unwashed
- Multi-pack orders must include all unopened pairs
- Proof of purchase required
- First-time orders only
To start a return, email us at support@loinswear.com with your order number. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved we'll send you instructions on where to send your package.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
What's Not Covered
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Sale items and gift cards
- Returns requested after 30 days of delivery
Damages or Wrong Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@loinswear.com. In cases where the error is ours, we will cover return shipping and make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right size is to return your original order and place a new one once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of approval within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@loinswear.com.
